UV rays or ultravoilet rays is form of a electromagnetic radition and is invisible to the human eye.
UV light more easily penetrates eye tissues than visible light. potentially increasing the risk of eye problems. the sun emits UV light.
Both UV-A and UV-B rays can cause several long term and short term damages to the eyes.
Wear protective sunglass everytime you step out in the sun.
Wear a good cap or a hat with a broader brim so that your eye is shaded from the sun rays.
Don't stare at the sun directly, this can burn the front of the eye , along with the retina causes damge to your vision.
Go for the regular chekups to the doctor.
