CLEANSING
To balance the pH of your skin and tighten the pores, use a toner. Find an alcohol-free toner that is suitable for your skin type.
TONING
To keep your skin hydrated and nourished, you must moisturise. To keep moisture in and preserve a healthy skin barrier, use a moisturiser made for your skin type. After cleansing or whenever your skin feels dry, moisturise.
MOISTURIZING
It's essential to protect your skin from the sun to stop early ageing and damage. Even on gloomy or chilly days, use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 every day. Apply again every two hours if under direct sunlight.
